Connected Sound Terms & Conditions

The Connected Sound billing system runs on a monthly schedule. You may pay your monthly bill for hosting services by credit card (preferred) or by check. Connected Sound will automatically charge your credit card unless you notify us that you want to pay by check. Payment for the first month of hosting, or any other up-front service is not refundable.

Recurring payments for hosting services begin at the time of sign-up. The first month of hosting is included in your initial payment when you sign up on connectedsound.com. Thereafter we will begin charging hosting payments to the credit card number you provide us, unless another payment arrangement is agreed upon. You must notify us if you want to discuss a different payment method.

When you sign up, Connected Sound will guide you through the steps of setting up your website. You are responsible for completing the steps in a timely manner so that Connected Sound may finish your website as quickly as possible.

You may cancel your hosting at any time. Upon notice of cancelation, your account will be closed and your site taken down.

You may not use your Connected Sound design on any other server, or with any other hosting plan.
